What air compressor pressure does spray adhesive need?
Pressure of 4 kg or more, with a spray nozzle of 3.0 or larger. Use a small nozzle at close range and a larger nozzle at long range. The machine, air hose and spray gun must be dry with no water.
How long after spraying can I bond?
After spraying, wait 1-5 minutes depending on the material for the adhesive surface to dry before bonding. Do not let the adhesive get too dry. After bonding, apply pressure for optimal adhesion.
Is industrial spray adhesive safe for health?
228 and Spro spray adhesives contain no Toluene (Spro contains no Benzene either), meet safety standards, and suit export orders to Europe and the US. 339 spray adhesive contains Toluene, so it must be applied in a well-ventilated place, away from fire, with a mask and gloves.
How should spray adhesive be stored?
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, fire and electrical outlets. Do not let the adhesive contact water. Stir well before use.
