SHOULD YOU CHOOSE HP-333 OR 405?
If your workshop specializes in sports shoes and sneakers, with soles that need high durability and an automated process, HP-333 is the optimal choice thanks to its heat resistance and material savings. Conversely, if you produce diverse products such as handbags, handmade leather shoes and leather goods in general, 405A is more flexible thanks to its good adhesion on many different materials.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
How is HP-333 shoe adhesive used?
Clean and dry both surfaces, brush one coat of adhesive, heat at 60-70°C, then press the two surfaces together. Just brush once, saving up to two thirds of the adhesive.
How long does 405A adhesive take to dry before bonding?
Brush the adhesive evenly on both surfaces, wait about 10-15 minutes to dry (it should not feel tacky to the touch), then press the two surfaces firmly. Use the product after 24 hours for the best bonding.
How can I increase adhesion for shoe adhesive?
You can mix S383 hardener (3-5%) into the adhesive. For hard-to-bond materials such as PU and PVC, brush on a surface treatment agent first to create a better bonding layer.
Does premium shoe adhesive resist yellowing?
HP-333 adhesive resists yellowing well. For light-colored products (leather shoes, high-end handbags), combine with S383 hardener to improve yellowing resistance.
Which adhesive suits high-end leather handbags?
405A adhesive - excellent bonding, water-resistant, bonds many materials, very suitable for high-end fashion footwear and handbags.
