INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Check the air compressor before spraying. There must be no water in the machine, and the air hose and spray gun must also be dry.
- Air compressor pressure should be 4 kg or higher.
- We recommend a spray nozzle of 3.0 or larger. Use a small nozzle for short spraying distances and a larger nozzle for longer distances.
- Clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded.
- Spray the adhesive evenly on both surfaces to be bonded. Do not spray too little, too thick or too thin. Do not let the adhesive run or drip while spraying.
- After spraying, bond within the allowed time (5-10 minutes depending on the material) so the adhesive surface can dry. Press lightly on the adhesive with a finger: if it does not stick to your finger, you can bond. Do not let the adhesive surface dry out too much, as this will reduce bonding strength. After bonding, apply pressure to the product to achieve optimal adhesion.
- Keep away from fire and electrical outlets during use.
- Do not let the adhesive come into contact with water or get wet, as this will cause it to lose its properties. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Test before putting into use and production to make sure the bonding quality is optimal. Stir the adhesive well before use.
