THE YELLOW RESISTANCE OF HARDENER W838

   1. FEATURE:

  • Solid content 25 ± 2% ~ 45 ± 2% ; NCO content 5 ± 0.5 % ~ 7.5 ± 0.5 % ; Transparent and Colorless liquid; Slow reaction 

   2. APPLICATION:

  • Application shoes: high requirement on the adhesive, such as sport shoes, light color shoes and work shoes.
HARDENER
HARDENER is used to increase adhesive for glue

 

   3. ADVANTAGES:

  • The grade of yellow resistance is more than 4
  • Comprehensive performance is stable, be only suitable for PU adhesive.

   4. POINT OF ATTENTION

  • The adhesive might be used up within fixed time after the harder is mixed with the adhesive. If cannot finished, the adhesive mixed with harder be not allowed to put back un-mixed adhesive.
  • After opening the harder should be sealed immediately.
  • Reacts readily with moisture; for the best life should be kept dry and stored at temperatures between 5oC and 35oC
